Samsung SM-T800 which is a 10.5-inches tablet has been approved by FCC

Samsung is very famous around the globe for providing the customers with amazing smartphones and tablets. It has made its mark in the smartphone and tablet market by releasing some extraordinary devices in past few years. Samsung is very famous in both high-end and mid-range category as it has provided devices for both ends. Samsung has launched Samsung Galaxy S5 which was mainly fro the high-end of market. Talking about the tablets, Samsung has announced the mid-range tablets with the name of Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 series but yet to announce any premium-end tablet. So this news came up for those premium-end customers who are waiting desperately for Samsung to announce high-end tablet with higher specifications. Samsung SM-T800 has been approved by FCC which was previously thought to be the 10.5-inch tablet from Samsung with AMOLED display.

Samsung has announced Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 series which has three models and will be launched at some point in this month. Three models have almost the same specification but the difference is of display size and of battery used. Smallest of these models having 7-inches of display and the larger has 10.1-inches of display screen while the third model has 8-inches of display screen. These devices will be equipped with 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM, Android 4.4 KitKat, and 3MP of rear and 1.3MP of frontal camera and 8/16GB of internal memory which is expandable by microSD card slot.

Considering these specifications of Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is a mid-range device and will satisfy the needs of mediocre customers. To fulfill the needs of premium-end customers Samsung has to launch a series of tablets with features that are meant to satisfy premium customers. Samsung SM-T801 and Samsung SM-T805 were approved by FCC at the end of last month and Samsung SM-T800 is yet to be approved but now it also has been approved by FCC. This tablet series are meant to capture the premium-end of market as these tablets have higher specifications.

Samsung SM-T800 is approved by FCC and according to FCC the alleged specifications of this high-end device are given here. Samsung SM-T800 has large 10.5-inches of display screen with 2560×1600 resolutions which is more than enough for a large screen. It is equipped with 1.9GHz Exynos 5 Octa processor with 3GB of RAM. It has 8MP of rear and 2MP of frontal camera. It runs latest version of Android which is Android 4.4 KitKat. It has 16GB of internal memory and expandable with the microSD card slot. Samsung SM-T800 also expected to have AMOLED display.

There is no news on pricing and launch date of this series of tablets. As expected these tablets will be launched in December and the price will be higher than Samsung Galaxy Note 4 series. Samsung Galaxy Note 4 series are made specifically to capture the mid-range customers while Samsung SM-T series are to capture premium-end of customers.
