Nubia X Moves From Dual Cameras To Dual Screens

China wins the day in bizarre technological innovations. A Chinese company called Nubia has launched a weird mobile device. This flagship phone comes with just one camera and no notch! The weird technological innovation is called Nubia X, and strangely it has two screens; one in the front and the other at the back. And all this effort is taken for setting up an A class selfie phone! Nubia X has some interesting specs too. More surprising is the fact that Nubia X isn’t the first of its kind, back in 2014 something like this has happened.

So the story goes that back in 2014, Russia launched the YotaPhone 2. YotaPhone came with a standard LCD in the front and a secondary E Ink display at the back. But it came with a different motive. YotaPhone 2 makers wanted users to read e-books for longer hours without draining their phone battery; Yota just came and went by, and no one even noticed. The E Ink technology wasn’t great, and the phone was too expensive to be affordable by one and all.

By contrast, Nubia X, however, has more potential than YotaPhone 2. It comes with a primary 6.3-inch LCD and a secondary rear-facing 5.1-inch OLED. The secondary display completely wiped out the need for a front camera. The lack of primary camera also means more screen space and fewer notches. Usually, front cameras or selfie cams are technically inferior. By now I am sure you must be confused as to how Nubia X works. You only have to flip the phone is all.

On flipping Nubia X, you find a second display screen waiting to be explored. And then you see your viewfinder which solely exists for perfecting your selfies. Simply put, Nubia X is a dual screen phone with larger than life screens for perfect selfies.
