Oppo has unveiled a new device, the Oppo A7 which according to its specifications looks like another device in the mid-range category which will attract budget-minded people. However, currently, Oppo A7 is not available in India as Oppo has made it available in China and Nepal for now but, we hope that the device soon makes its way into the Indian market.
Oppo A7 Specifications:
Oppo has announced two different variants for China and Nepal. Looking at the specifications, Oppo A7 features a 6.2-inch waterdrop display with approx. 81.6% screen-to-body ratio. The display has a resolution of 720 x 1520 pixels and 271 PPI density and it is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3.
The device runs on Android 8.1 Oreo and under the hood, the device has Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 14nm SoC and is powered by 1.8 GHz octa-core Cortex-A53 processor while the GPU inside is Adreno 506. As already mentioned above, Oppo has launched two variants of A7, the one which features a storage and RAM combination of 64 GB + 4 GB and the other with a combination of 32 GB + 3 GB.
However, the storage can be expanded via MicroSD card, as it supports up to 256 GB of storage expansion. The first one is currently available for pre-order in China and the live sale will commence from 10 a.m. onwards on November 22 while the second variant is available in Nepal.
Coming to the camera, this device features a 16 MP sensor on the front side which is capable of incorporating AI tasks along with beautification mode and on the rear side, it features a dual camera setup. The dual setup is yet to be revealed but, according to various sources and leaks, it is indicated that the setup is of 13MP + 2MP. Also, the phone has a 4,230 mAh battery.
Oppo A7 Price:
In China, Oppo A7 is priced at CNY 1,599 ( approx Rs. 16,500) while in Nepal, Oppo A7 is available for NPR 35,790 (approx Rs. 22,000). We still are yet to receive any word of it making its way into the Indian market but, stay tuned to us for future updates.
