Google has launched its driverless taxis, and people love them. The service is called Waymo One, and it provides a lot of similar features to the other taxi providers. The layout of the app is similar to that of other renowned taxi services, and it makes it easy to book a taxi.

The service has started in Arizona, that too for about a 100-square-mile area including Chandler, Tempe, Mesa, and Gilbert of Phoenix city. Users can see price estimates before they call a taxi, and it also provides expected time to destination. However, the taxis are not driverless now, as a backup driver will be available in each of the vehicles to ensure everything goes smoothly.

Users pointed some issues such as slow speed, and it could not distinguish between those who were trying to cross a road and those who were standing there. But still, a lot of users left positive remarks and also appreciated how the vehicle faces traffic and reaches the required destination. Noticeably, the fares are similar to Uber and Lyft, so people will surely try the service once to see how it works.
